Dr. Roxanna Sadoughifar
As the President of MEHR, Dr. Roxanna Sadoughifar — a clinically trained medical professional with extensive experience in aesthetics, hair restoration, and a strong professional presence within dermatology communities — plays a pivotal role in shaping the society’s vision and direction. She holds two doctoral degrees: a PhD in Experimental Medicine and a PhD in Dermatologic Science, backed by strong research expertise in skin and hair biology. This exceptional academic foundation empowers her to lead the Middle East Hair Regeneration Society with scientific precision and to advance evidence-based practice across the region.
Deeply committed to elevating global standards, Dr. Roxanna focuses on advancing education, fostering clinical excellence, and strengthening international collaboration in the field of hair science. Our Professional Associations
We are proud to be a member of the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS). Under the vision of “Skin Health for the World”, the ILDS represents dermatology globally and works to ensure that skin health is recognised in global health policy. Through its official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO), it advocates for dermatology at the highest level. ILDS membership consists of over 230 dermatological organisations from more than 100 countries and organises the World Congress of Dermatology every four years.
