Dr. Aseem Sharma, MD, DNB, MBA, FMUHS is a renowned Dermatologist, Trichologist, Dermatosurgeon, Keynote Speaker, Author, and Researcher based in Mumbai. With extensive experience in clinical dermatology, hair disorders, aesthetic medicine, dermatosurgery, lasers, and cosmetic dermatology, he is known for his evidence-based, personalized approach to patient care.
An alumnus of the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, Dr. Sharma served in the Indian Air Force and retired as a Squadron Leader. He subsequently pursued advanced training in Dermatology, including MD and DNB qualifications, an MBA in Hospital Administration & Healthcare, and a fellowship in Trichology and Hair Disorders. He has also served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at LTM Medical College & General Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Sharma is actively involved in academic medicine, research, teaching, and professional education. He has delivered 300+ lectures and keynote presentations at national and international platforms and has authored and contributed to more than 100 publications and chapters. His professional interests span dermatology, trichology, hair transplantation and hair disorders, pigmentary disorders, aesthetic medicine, injectables, lasers, and dermatosurgery.
He has received international scholarships and travel grants from leading dermatology and hair-research organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, World Congress of Dermatology, World Congress of Hair Research, and European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
Currently, Dr. Sharma is the Chief Dermatologist and Co-founder of Skin Saga Centre for Dermatology in Andheri West, Mumbai. His philosophy is centered on identifying the root cause of a condition and developing customized treatment plans based on the individual needs of each patient.
